Meet Rachel Davis, Founder of Strong Mind Fit

My fitness journey began shortly after the birth of my son in 2012. Getting healthy and achieving weight loss always seemed impossible to me. It was not until I decided to seek help from a professional that I was able to start seeing results. Not only did I reach my fitness goals, I fell completely in love with fitness and never looked back! 

Many years later, after working in different gyms, in different roles, and making a difference in hundreds of people’s lives, I decided to start my own business. The reason I love what I do is because I truly get to help people. I quickly realized that there are only so many hours in a day and only so many people I can work with face to face. I still wanted to help more! I wanted to help and many people as I possibly could. 

Thus the idea of StrongMindFit was born – building a team of fitness professionals who share this same passion, so we can always be there to help.

I have been working in the fitness industry as a trainer for 8 years. I have multiple certifications including kettlebell certifications, as do the StrongMindFit trainers. Our business is focused on coaching and getting our clients results. When you work with the StrongMindFit team, our main goal is being flexible to cater to your needs in regards of time, location and finances. 

​We are passionate about teaching men and women how to lift properly and educate on the amazing benefits they can look forward to from weight training, but also how to take care of their body through proper nutrition to really achieve the results they are looking for!
